PINME“There are infinite shadings of light and shadows and colors… it’s an extraordinarily subtle language. Figuring out how to speak that language is a lifetime job”.-Conrad Hall

Sometimes I get an idea I want to try before I’m out with a client. One of my favorite people to try out ideas with is Emily. She always gets dressed up for me and does whatever I ask her to. It is a great thing to have in a friend! This time she brought Matt (who she is not engaged to, but I have my fingers crossed because I get to shoot her wedding whenever that happens) along to play with shadows and light at the Guthrie. Armed with a flashlight, martinis and her grandmother’s fur we wandered around looking for and creating light. I even took a photo of myself in the shadows.
