I have been working out with my trainer Ryan Svenby for a couple of years. Ryan also trains the Viking Cheerleaders and the Timberwolves. Occasionally my son Ben comes to hang out while we work out. Ryan gave him his own workout and told him if he did it a couple times a week for 2 months that he could come to a Viking Cheerleader’s workout. Ben was highly motivated! Armed with a whistle and stopwatch Ben got to spend the evening telling the girls what to do. They even used his chair for some of the exercises.
